Owl PM is a project-planning workspace built around Owl, an AI planner you direct in plain language. Describe your project — or hand Owl a contract, specification, or existing schedule — and Owl builds the plan, checks it against your rules, and helps you keep it healthy as the work changes.

Most people arrive with either a stack of documents or an existing schedule. Pick the one that matches what you have, and you'll have a working plan in a few minutes.

Build a schedule from documents

Hand Owl a contract, scope, or specification and it drafts the whole plan — deliverables, a work breakdown, calendars, tasks, and dependencies.

Import an existing schedule

Bring in a Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project file and pick up right where you left off.

How Owl works

You work with Owl the way you'd work with a planner sitting next to you: you tell it what you want, it does the work, and you review what it produced.

For anything substantial, Owl breaks the job into planning steps — read the documents, draft the deliverables, build the work breakdown, lay down the tasks, and so on. You stay in control at every step:

Before a step runs, you can adjust what Owl is about to do — point it at the right document, or correct the work breakdown it's proposing.
After a step runs, you review what it produced and either approve it, ask for changes in plain language, or edit it directly.

The point is to catch a course correction early, before it cascades into hundreds of tasks and dependencies.

Tip: You don't have to phrase things carefully. Ordinary messages like "break the construction phase out by unit instead of by trade" are enough — Owl figures out the rest.
